INTAKE → QUOTE → PAID → SHIPPED · EVERY STEP LOGGED
A professional intake-to-payment system for your
card restoration business.
Built and run for you.
Your customers submit, get a quote, and pay. You keep a complete, logged record of every card — on your own domain, in your own account.
I set the whole thing up for you.
First 5 shops set up free. LLC required · 18+.
Run by a real builder, not a faceless company.
If you take in valuable items, your tools probably don't match your work.
You assess expensive cards by hand. You quote carefully. You guard your clients' privacy. But the software side is held together with texts, spreadsheets, a separate invoicing tool, and a separate set of books you have to re-enter everything into. One missed step and it's your reputation on the line.
THE FLOW
How it works for your customers
-
01
They submit photos and details through your branded intake page.
-
02
An optional AI first-pass read screens condition, so junk submissions never reach you — or skip it and see every card yourself.
-
03
You make the real call in hand and send a quote.
-
04
They accept and pay.
-
05
You do the work and ship it back.
Nothing ships until it's paid for. That rule lives in the code, not in your memory.
THE RECORD
Why a high-end shop can actually trust this
Your own account, your own domain.Your instance runs in infrastructure you control. I hand you the keys.
Isolated data.Your customers' information lives in your own database, never pooled with anyone else's. Nothing is shared across shops.
Encrypted by default.Customer details are encrypted before they're ever stored.
A full audit trail.Every quote, payment, and status change is logged. If a customer ever disputes the condition of a card, you have timestamped photos and a record to back you up.
Timestamped before / after evidence is captured on every job — proof you can stand behind.
COVERED END TO END
Most operators build this themselves — and never stop to ask if they're covered.
You move fast: a form, an invoicing app, a terms-and-conditions you wrote once and never opened again. It works — right up until a high-value card, a chargeback, or a grading dispute turns "good enough" into a real problem. The software and the legal side both have to hold up. I make sure they do, before you take in a single card.
It's the most common question I get. Here's what "covered" actually means:
-
Consent you can prove — not "by submitting, you agree."
Every customer accepts your terms at checkout with a real checkbox and a timestamped record you can produce months later. A buried clause doesn't hold up; a saved record does.
-
Declared value at intake — and the right to say no.
Capture a stated value on every submission and turn away cards over your limit, so you're never quietly carrying unlimited downside on a package — and you know exactly what to insure.
-
A holding policy for the cards nobody comes back for.
Built in, so a customer who ghosts or never pays return shipping doesn't leave you warehousing their collection indefinitely.
-
A real attorney reviews everything before you go live.
It's standard on every inHand build, not an upsell: every website and business I set up has a legal professional review the terms, privacy, and agreements before you take a single card. The right entity and DBA named, your home address kept off a public page, arbitration in place, and the restoration-and-grading disclosure question answered by a professional — not guessed at.
I'm not your lawyer — and that's the point. I build the system and bring a legal professional in to review your terms, privacy, and agreements end to end before you go live, so you're protected from the first submission. My whole career has been taking the parts that feel out of reach — infrastructure, compliance, the legal-shaped stuff — and turning them into something you can actually run.
Setup guidance, not legal advice. Your attorney has the final say on your terms.

I set it up. You just use it.
You didn't get into this business to manage software. I provision your system, brand it to your shop, customize the flow to how you actually work, and keep it running. You get a tool that looks like it was built only for you, because it was.
I work with a small number of shops at a time, so each setup gets real attention.

Optional — turn on only what you want
An AI first-pass read filters junk and flags the obvious before it reaches you. Don't want it? Every submission lands straight in your hands — entirely your call.
Win-backs, updates, and re-offers to past customers — consent, unsubscribe, and CAN-SPAM handled for you, so it's done right or not at all.
Return labels, tracking, and insured shipping wired into the flow, so cards get back to their owners without you juggling another tab.
THE BUILDER
Who you're working with
I'm Eli. I build software, and I build in the open. You can watch exactly what I ship before you ever trust me with anything. No faceless company, no support-ticket black hole. You'll be working with the person who built your system.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Wait — so what is this, exactly?
Short version: it's not an app you sign up for. It's a complete system I build and run for you. Here are the questions I get asked most — tap any one to open it.
Is this an app I sign up for?
No. There's no signup button, and there's no account to create. inHand is a finished tool I build and set up for your shop by hand. You're looking for a sign-up button because most software has one. This one doesn't, on purpose. You book a quick call first, and if it's a fit, I set the whole thing up for you.
Is this a monthly software subscription?
No. It's done-for-you, not a tool you rent and figure out yourself. You don't pay monthly, log into a blank screen, and wire it all up alone. I build it, set it up, and keep it running for you. You get a finished tool, not an empty dashboard to learn. A simpler do-it-yourself version may come later, but only if enough shops want it, so I won't pretend it exists. Today, everything is built and run for you.
How do I get started? Where's the signup button?
There isn't one. The only first step is to book a free 20-minute call with me using the calendar link on this page. No payment, no form, no account. We just talk about how your shop runs. If it's a fit, I build your system from there.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. You didn't get into this business to manage software, and you won't have to. I set up everything behind the scenes and fit it to how your shop already works. You just open it and use it, the same way you'd use any website. If something needs changing later, you tell me, and I handle it.
Whose website and account does this run on — mine, or one shared with other shops?
Yours. It runs on your own web address and your own account, never a shared service. Your customers' info lives in your own private database (a private file only you can reach), never mixed in with another shop's. I set it all up and hand you the keys. You own it.
Is my customers' information safe, and am I protected if there's a dispute?
Yes. Customer details are encrypted (scrambled so they can't be read) before they're ever saved. Every quote, payment, and status change is logged with a timestamp, so if a customer ever disputes a card's condition, you have proof. And nothing ships back until it's paid for. That rule lives in the code, not in your memory.
Does the AI set my prices or take customers I never see?
No. The AI never sets a price, and you can turn it off completely. It's an optional first-pass that checks a card's condition and filters out junk submissions before they reach you. Leave it on to save time, or switch it off and see every card yourself. The quote is always your call, in hand. (Optional extras like customer email follow-ups and shipping labels with tracking are there too, if you want them.)
What does it cost, who am I dealing with, and is the legal side handled?
Right now the first 5 shops are set up free. You'll need an active LLC (a registered business) and to be at least 18. You deal with me, Eli, the person who built it, not a faceless company or a support-ticket black hole. I build in the open on Instagram (@eliseo.builds), so you can see my work before you trust me with anything. And before you go live, a real attorney reviews your terms, privacy, and customer agreements, standard on every build, not an upsell. One honest note: I'm not your lawyer, so this is setup guidance, not legal advice, and your attorney has the final say.
Still not sure which bucket this fits in? That's normal — it's easiest to just see it.
